As a child growing up in San Diego, California Don was raised around the Real Estate business. “My mother was always buying and re-habilitating houses when I was a little kid. She taught me the joy’s of home ownership as well as the benefits of investing.” Don attended college at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where, in 1988 he was introduced to Lori Cockman by a friend. They were married in 1993 in Lori’s hometown of Greensboro, N.C. Lori worked as a manager at Mountain Air Cargo in the operations department, enjoying the responsibilities of flight following and air traffic control for 12 years, while Don worked as the sales manager for Denver Marine...
